Dr. Costanzo was born and raised in San Jose, California and earned his Bachelors degree from Santa Clara University. After college he received his dental education at the University of the Pacific. Graduating at the top of his class he was elected to several honors societies including Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Costanzo continued at UOP where he completed his orthodontic residency in 2004, also receiveing his Masters of Science in Dentistry. During his residency, Dr. Costanzo received advanced training in a wide variety of modern orthodontic techniques including straightwire, self-ligation, Invisalign, and temporary anchorage devices. Dr. Costanzo is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and also currently serves as President of the Fresno-Madera Dental Society.
